Initially I contacted Daniel because I wanted to see if my business
was competitive enough with other businesses in my field. However,
Daniel went above and beyond what I was requesting. He told me my
website had unnecessary information on it and it appeared messy. As
the one who designed my own website, this did hurt my feelings, but he
was 100% RIGHT! After I got rid of the clutter on my site and focused
on why someone would actually contact us--it was truly a game changer
of traffic to my website. Traffic through my website has gone up 13%
in the LAST WEEK.
He called other competitors in my field and price checked with them and came to the determination that I was indeed under charging for the services I provided. He was extremely easy to work with and he made all the information provided to me very understandable (which I desperately needed). He talked to me in laymans terms and I couldn't ask for any other way to communicate with me when I'm unaware of the subject at hand. He never made me feel inadequate for not knowing things about my business.
Daniel honestly felt like a good friend that I had known for 10+ years. But that's just his personality. He also gave me predictions for the year 2025 if I were to keep my prices and services the same AND if I were to raise my prices to what he suggested. He came up with this calculation by looking at the market, my bookkeeping going back 5 years, my competitors prices, and what services my clients use the most. He was so incredibly thorough and I cannot recommend him enough if you're interested in potentially growing your business or just simply curious to see if your business can do and be better. I NEVER would've thought I'd use a business like this to help mine but I'm SO happy I did. To be completely honest, I'll probably use Daniel again next year as well to confirm I'm still on the right path. Anyone who is a business owner should seriously consider someone like Daniel and his expertise to guide you on the path of having and obtaining a successful business.
